Order Policy

Orders will be typically processed and shipped within 5-10 business days from the date of order placement. While we strive for timely order processing, please be note that special or rare circumstances may arise and delay order fulfillment, such as holidays, large releases, or vacation! If your order has not been shipped within the time frame, please reach out to any of our socials with name and order info!

If an order be returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the repayment of shipping costs. Although optional, we kindly request international customers whose country uses a different address system to utilize the order notes section to provide their address in their country's language in order to maximize the accuracy of deliveries!

International Shipping Policy

For orders shipped outside of the US, please be aware of VAT and import fees/duties as we ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), which are reflected in the prices or covered by us during the checkout process. The responsibility for these additional fees, taxes, and duties lies with the purchaser or recipient and will be levied upon delivery. It is recommended to verify your country's tax information to accurately gauge the possible additional costs.

By proceeding with an order, the purchaser or recipient agrees to bear the responsibility of paying these fees, taxes, and duties upon delivery.

Return/Exchange Policy

All orders are double-checked to avoid any issues, however, in the event there are any damages or missing items, please contact us and we will handle the issue through a case-by-case basis. For all other errors such as carrier errors, stolen packages, or inaccuracies in provided order information, we are unable to provide refunds or replacements due to the nature of the products. All sales are final.
